Hi BiggerPockets Members,

I am closing on a 48 unit property in Columbus, OH end of July and my insurance broker has been a little unresponsive. I wanted to reach out to the members here and see if anyone had a good insurance guy they could refer over to me so I can get this insurance quote filled. I have bank requirments and ready to go.
