Something I would like to know! On Forum topics, there are a lot of talk of what markets are best to invest in. I live in the Upstate of South Carolina and I am curious as to why a good bit of investors frequently invest all around South Carolina with other states such as Florida and North Carolina. There are so many big manufacturing businesses here such as BMW, Draixelmaier, etc. Is there something missing from the South Carolina market that I am not seeing or knowing? Is South Carolina hard to deal with. I am a new property manager and I would like a new career with a company that I can grow with.

When investing for cash flow area really dont matter. I brought 2 duplexes for $37,465 and it brings in $1300/month. Thats not even market rent. Im other areas other than SC you have to spend over $100,000 to get the cash flow a month. In the bigger places you get better appreciation on your investment for sure
