Advice on small Multi-family rentals
I have been intrigued by the real estate market for some time. I am currently looking for a good deal in my area for a small multi-family rental. I'm just curious to get the communities opinion on these type of investments. What questions should I inquire about when I go look at different properties? Any thing I should know before I dive into this market? How can I get a solid lease contract?
