Need Multi-Family Broker

My uncle and I are actively looking for a 15-25 unit apartment building in central to northern NJ and was hoping someone could refer me to a good broker. I'm doing most of the leg-work in the underwriting process where he will be putting up the funds for the purchase. Can anyone make a suggestion or possibly point me in a direction of finding a good agent for these types of properties? He has already purchased one complex earlier this year and I know he is serious about getting another before the end of the year. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Matthew Rembish I recently learned about the M&M group from a podcast on oldcapital.com.  They also have some good content when it comes to financing MF.
