South Bend Property Manager

Good morning fellow BP members,

My business partner, @David Dawodu and I are under contract on a 19 unit apartment complex in South Bend, Indiana. We are trying to find a property manager for the complex, and thus far, have found only one manager that is interested. The property is a C class property, which was full of D class tenants before the current owner evicted over half of them. It is stable now, but most of the property managers I have found using google only want to do A and B class rentals.

Does anyone have any recommendations for South Bend property managers? Am I missing some way of getting in touch with the smaller outfits in South Bend? I have contacted all the managers that I found on google thus far!

Thanks!

John Warren

Have you contacted NARPM? They may be able to help. You could also google other similar C class complexes in the area and find the PM. Good Luck!
