Finally making the jump from SF to MF

I currently own 10 SF homes all financed Via Freddie and Fannie on 30 year low interest notes which are doing fantastic. My next goal is to get into a 30-60 unit building. I have heard management on this "low" number of units for an Appartment community can be extremely difficult. Has anyone dealt with a professional management company with this little amount of units for an Appartment building and how has your experience been?

@Julien Plouffe congrats on making the jump!! My first deal was a 48 unit and love the bigger properties now. If I can make one suggestion, go bigger if you have the resources!!

@Joseph Gozlan is 100% the smaller deals don't offer the same economies of scale like the larger properties do. If you have a good presence in the market with the smaller houses you might be able to package it all together and see if you can get better management
