Hello all,

I am based outside of Houston and very interested in MF / Apartment investing. I have completed a good bit of research via books from gurus which provide a 10,000 ft. view of the process but not necessarily a step by step. i.e. where do I find owners of MF to contact, if I find a motivated seller, what is the legal setup (syndication first, or LLC?), etc.

I'm fairly confident in my ability to close a deal if I'm in front of someone, and, I can find funding, but the order of the process is intimidating.

Any advice?

Michael, primarily Lance Roberts books. Good information; however, primarily leading to the course. Brock, Michael, thank you both for the advice.
