Self directed IRA's and syndication/mentor

Good afternoon,

Two things I'm hoping BP can help me with:

1. I am looking for someone in Minnesota I can meet in person who is an expert on self-directed IRA's. Specifically I want to educate myself on how they can be used to raise money for a syndication.

2. I'd like to meet someone in MN who has syndicated and would like to bounce some questions off of them. 

I am located in the northern suburbs and would like to set up coffee or lunch with anybody who can help.  Thanks!!
