Small Multifamily Wholesalers in Dallas

Hello all,

I am looking into moving into the small multifamily space, from investing in 4 units and less for the last 5 years. 

I know about the big players in the space (ARA Dallas, etc.), but they mostly only sell large 50+ unit buildings. Do you all have any recommendations for wholesalers who focus on smaller multifamily units (20 units and smaller)?

Any recommendations or advise is appreciated.
