Appraisal value lower than purchase price

Hi all, 

I am in the process of closing the property. Appraisal value comes out lower than the purchase price and lender is only willing to go 75% of the appraisal value. Is there anything that I can do?

the seller either needs to come down price, or you come to the closing table with more cash
