Information about Easements

Closing on a deal that consists of two duplexes. They are on separate deeds and they share a driveway. Should there be an easement or is there a better way to handle this, or no action is needed?

There should be nothing to do, check the deeds for the properties it should be spelled out there, if not you may want to have that taken care of and added to the deed, just so there are no questions down the line on it.
