Multifamily syndicators: are you using investor relations Mgmt software? If so, why did you choose the platform you’re on? We’re evaluating Sponsor Direct, Juniper Square, IMS and others to manage communications, documents, offerings, and create a great experience for our investors. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

We use Juniper Square. I spent months evaluating at least a dozen options and found it to be the best fit for me. There are a lot of different software vendors and each has its advantages and disadvantages. There were things to like and things to dislike about each of them, including Juniper. But after some time using it I don’t regret my choice and our investors love it.
