Multifamily 12 units Property Management

I have been looking at a couple of property management companies in the Columbus, Ohio market that can manage a 12 unit 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, but it is difficult to narrow down on some of the best and not just in price, but in the quality service they provide. Does anyone have experience with The Trinity Group at HER Realtors or Northpoint Asset Management, or Real Property Management.
