Who can advise me the proper steps to make?
Hey everyone. I came across an investment opportunity I like on Loop Net but I'm pretty new to apartment investing. I was wondering if I could chat with anyone privately or on Skype regarding the property. It's located in California.

In saying that, getting in to a deal without the proper education is risky... i suggest you start reading books and listen to podcasts about Multifamily investing so at least you have some basic ideas.
