Multifamily JV Deals?
I have been approached to help a few buyers that are direct to broker/seller to JV on some MF deals. Upon considering the offer , because it will give me the oppurtunity to learn firsthand about MF deals, I realized a few properties that I was sent are already all over facebook by different people claiming to be direct to sellers. Is this common in MF/ commercial deals? How does that happen?
