Anyone else going to Ben’s syndication training in Phoenix?

I am traveling from Tulsa for this training and am just curious if anyone else from BP community will be going. It will be a fairly packed weekend but I’m open to meeting up with anyone else in the Phoenix market while I’m there as well. Check out Ben Leybovich on here and Facebook if you don’t know what I’m talking about but are interested in syndication. I’m up to 20 single family rentals now but am ready for something bigger.

I am Chris. I currently owe and self-manage 63 units ranging from SFR's up to 12 and 16 unit complexes. I'm looking forward to seeing if I can find away out of the JOB that I created for myself by owning these small properties. first person i have seen that is honest...  running and self managing rentals is a JOB regardless of PM or not.. why folks think these properties are just put on auto pilot I will never know.. being a passive investor in a syndication what most are looking for in the way of NOT having a JOB.. the syndicator has the JOB his job or her JOB is to keep the ball rolling and manage the asset. And you want you syndicator working VERY HARD at their JOB..this creates passive income for investors..
