Once you know what data you want to collect, you can hire a freelancer on Upwork.com. I recommend recording a video where you collect data on one property, sending that video to the freelancer, and asking them to repeat that process for other multifamily properties. Best way to find data yourself is on Apartments.com.

Another option is a service like CoStar or ListSource.
