@Justin Reyes I would take a loan out against your 401k and use that money but don’t cash out you waste way to much that way.

@Christopher Eckerdt my first suggestion would be to find a local meet-up around Denver. You can get a better feel for what is available in your area. You can also get good leads on where everybody else is investing.

If you are looking at AIRBNB/VRBO please make sure you are doing your due diligence. Metro Nashville is tightening regulations on vacation rentals. Make sure your subject propriety is zoned correctly.
