@Kathleen Salinas I would try your local REI meet-up. you should be able to find a investor friendly broker there. Best of luck. I will ask around at the next meeting I attend to see if I can find you any leads.

I would check your local disclosure laws. In some states you have to disclose any deaths that have occurred on the property.
