I am new to the BP website though have been listening to the podcasts for some time now during my long commute In and out of the daily rat race.  I am interested in buying and holding with low money entrance being my focus.  Currently looking for my first investment deal.  My family always had rental houses when I was growing up we would do the make readies when tenants changed dad would pay us kids 5 bucks an hour.  I never realized the importance of those houses to our lively hood until years later.  My younger brother really got me interested in real estate again a few years ago when he got started.
