CRM System Recommendation?

Question

I'm working to grow my broker/investor networks, and track individual projects better as I pursue my next syndication. I've heard several folks on various podcasts mention CRM's as a helpful tool, but rarely are names mentioned. I use a CRM (Insightly) in my 9-5 and see the benefits of such a system, but that specific platform isn't the best suited for the REI environment.

What CRM's are user friendly and helpful in the multifamily space? Thanks in advance for your recommendations!

@Sam Rust CRMs have defiantly become a dime-a-dozen, they're everywhere! But like you mentioned, getting down to the nitty gritty can be a tough choice. What it really comes down to is creating the ability to scale your business/network, without scaling your time or overhead. I have found that their is no match to the flexibility of Podio, especially when paired with a marketing-automation powerhouse such as ActiveCampaign.

@Sam Rust I've heard a lot about Podio as a CRM and project management tool. It has integrations with Zapier that can be used for automation. You can also check out https://reinvestor.tools which has a lot of different software recommendations that can be used for real estate investors.
