I am interested in investing in some properties in the NoVa area (specifically Stafford or Arlington but open to anywhere in the region I can be successful). I've read that MFH can be hard to find in the area but I'd love to hear some more thoughts. 

If MFH isn't a good strategy, I'd really appreciate hearing how others have found success. 

This summer I will be back in the area for about 2 months and plan on doing some serious hunting!!
