New member. 16 unit apartment purchase

John Thoma
Posted

Good Morning

We purchased a 16 unit apartment complex in a college town for 250k with 15k down.    The complex is all bills paid and it currently net profit around 60k - 65k per year.   We’ve owned it for 2 years.

We've kicked around the idea of selling it and moving. What's a realistic ROI as far as selling goes?? Obviously we got a pretty good deal and our return seems pretty good. Located in Oklahoma. Thanks

 John,

You sell it for what the market can bear. I sold a 48-unit aparment complex and made over a $1M profit. Read below and find out how I priced it:
