Mobile Home Parks 50+ lots --question on these

Are mobile home parks considered multi family, commercial, or other?  I am working on several multi community deals and I don't know how to go about finding buyers in the marketplace.  I tried to add a filter and narrow down a search but there doesn't seem to be an actual search bar where I might be able to type in "mobile home parks" or something like that to read any discussions here on BP...

Can anyone give me some direction on this?

Hi Milla, yes they are considered multifamily properties. They are valued just like an apartment building. They also typically have higher cap rates than apartments because they have less expenses, long term tenants and an overall "safer" investment. They are also technically low-income housing in the realm of things.
