Help Me Choose a Sink

Scott Mac

Solid Class B neighborhood multi-family.

So I have 3 choices of sinks, and I'd love to have your opinions on which of the 3 "Under-mount" sinks you think would be most likely to attract new Class-B tenants and keep them

Disposals will be installed on one side (I know the anti-disposal arguments but they are needed here).

Your 1 Bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom choices, and your comments are appreciated.

Sink's A, B and C are below.

Thanks,

Scott...

@Scott Mac, I like "A" As a cook it's nice to have 1 big sink for cleaning large pots and pans.

That being said, a sink alone would never attract me to or keep me in a certain rental. So, I think that's the wrong question to be asking.

Do your units have dishwashers and washer/dryers? What about the competition?

You obviously have solid counters, since you're looking at under mount sinks.
