Multi Unit Meet Ups Denver Colorado

Good morning BP!

I am currently in the middle of my first property. I bought a place and got roommates to cover my mortgage and expenses. I got this house in April as a first jump into real estate. With this I will be able to ramp up my savings drastically each month.

Where I want to end up in real estate is doing multi-family. I was thinking about doing another small deal(sfr). However, I would rather just start by getting around multi-unit and other people who are in that field.

I am looking for some good meet ups or clubs in the Denver area who specifically gear towards multi-unit and bigger deals. I have been to the Badass meet ups and John Fischer’s Breakfast Club. I will keep attending these. But just looking for a more niched club for MF.

Thank you for your input!

-Taylor

Taylor, consider REIA meetings, in fact in a city the size of Denver they probably have one specifically for multi-family.
