Multi Family Analysis Template

Hi all - I'm looking for a good excel template for analyzing multifamily deals. Ideally including FCF, IRR, ability to enter current rent and expenses and then apply adjustments for a projection. Icing on the cake would be the ability to enter value adds year by year in the projection.

What I've found so far is this:  https://www.asimplemodel.com/r...  (doesn't seem intuitive and well laid out to me) and this: https://www.adventuresincre.co.... which looks pretty good. But before I get stuck into one I thought id see if there's any others that are recommended or could be shared?

thanks!!

I recommend making your own. You can either start from scratch or base it on someone else calculator. You can download a free simplified MF cash flow calculator on Joe Fairless's website.
