@Jorge Canavati - I like it and would recommend it. As @Tj Hines says it's widely used, which gives me further confidence it's of good quality as well.
I had thought about building my own at some stage, but now I'm using that one I really can't be bothered to waste the time on it. Not enough hours in the day right now. MB is perfectly good.

Thanks for the feedback @Christopher Hunter, @Stephen Akindona, @Taylor L.. I have purchased Michael Blank's one and will use it and this one: https://www.adventuresincre.co... to start with.
Thanks for the book recommendation @Taylor L.. I'm looking forward to getting into numbers after the higher level advice a lot of the common books offer.

Hi all - I'm looking for a good excel template for analyzing multifamily deals. Ideally including FCF, IRR, ability to enter current rent and expenses and then apply adjustments for a projection. Icing on the cake would be the ability to enter value adds year by year in the projection.
What I've found so far is this: https://www.asimplemodel.com/r... (doesn't seem intuitive and well laid out to me) and this: https://www.adventuresincre.co.... which looks pretty good. But before I get stuck into one I thought id see if there's any others that are recommended or could be shared?
thanks!!
