DFW *True* MultiFamily REI Group
I have attended events and even signed up for memberships in DFW Assoc & Clubs but all seem to be geared towards SFR. I am not interested even a small amount in investing in SFR. My focus is strictly MFR 20+ units. Can anyone point me in the direction of a true MFR REI club or group? Thanks in advance.
