The Hands-Off Investor: An Insiders Guide to Investing in Passive Real Estate Syndications, by yours truly.  Ok I guess I must admit that I’m biased. It doesn’t release for three more months so I’m pretty sure it’s no one’s favorite but mine, at least for a while!  LOL

I got Hunter's book but I haven't gotten to that point in my stack yet! I'm looking forward to it. Joe and Theo's book is one of the most digestible and actionable syndication books there is. It's a great one.

I also like Richard Wilson's books on Family Offices. He teaches a lot of principles that work for non-high net worth investors as well as Family Offices. I've found his information helpful albeit not directly syndication related.

Hands down The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book. Right now it’s lower than normal at amazon. Also I recommend the kindle version, offers free audio version as well.

It’s more like a business model on how to build a company that specializes in this.

@Greg Gervais if you are looking to get a deep dive into how to be an "active" syndicator, I found Joe Fairless's book to be very comprehensive. If you are seeking the vantage point of a "passive," investor, @Brian Burke really knows his stuff, so his book will no doubt be an excellent resource.
