Rooming House Columbus Ohio
For those familiar with Columbus Ohio. I’m exploring renting by the room. I believe the city requires a rooming house license but I can’t find any info online on how to obtain the license. Any info would be useful. If you do rent by room in Columbus is there a PM firm you’d recommend and how rigorous are the annul city inspections?

hello everyone.. I'm searching for my first house hack and will be doing so by renting out the rooms in a primary residence.
