Any KY or WI investors here?
I’m looking to move into KY and WI soon, looking at small MF (2-10 units) there now. Anyone here have experience in these states?
If so I’d be curious to hear about your feedback not limited to:
- Experience with Renters
- Financing
- Things to look for in properties specific to the area
- Recommended property managers
