Can someone explain to me the process of getting the FHA loan that only requires a 3.5% down payment as long as you live in one of the units ?

I am 18 and am looking to begin investing in Real Estate as soon as possible so any extra tips would be very helpful !

First of all awesome you are investing in RE when you are so young. Second - call around to 5-10 banks that may do FHA loans. Most do or can referral you. Make sure to ask them who does if they don't. But you put down 3.5% and occupy it for 1 year, then you can do it again a year later. Hope that helps get you started.
