Building a four plex

Hey, I been looking into building a four plex as my first deal and where I can live in one of the units. I talked to a local builder/remodeler and with what he told me and my research of other four plexs housing in my area it make sense to build new. My question is to any spec builder, loan officer, or anyone that has information. Is it possible to build with a FHA LOAN one time close? Or if you have done this or anything simular to what I am thinking I would love your input or advice on how I should proceed.

I haven't built a home but I house hack a 2 unit - it's a great strategy so I hope it works out for you. I am interested to hear how this works out so keep us updated!
