@Nicole Hunt

Thank you! I really appreciate that advice smart move to go directly to the source. I thought you would have to only go through a third party, thank you. It also good to know that it dose help with learning the paper work for real estate closing. It nice to see that there is someone that did this before I was thinking before I post that maybe no one did this before but thank you for your helpful advice.

Hey, I been looking into building a four plex as my first deal and where I can live in one of the units. I talked to a local builder/remodeler and with what he told me and my research of other four plexs housing in my area it make sense to build new. My question is to any spec builder, loan officer, or anyone that has information. Is it possible to build with a FHA LOAN one time close? Or if you have done this or anything simular to what I am thinking I would love your input or advice on how I should proceed.

I been paying of school loans, credit card debt and saving for my first deal. In doing so I thought it would be a good idea to become a loan signing agent get to get started in real estate, and to also learn the loan side of things in a real estate transaction. While gaining some extra income to save for my first deal. For me the best way to learn is by doing. So I got my notary commission and now I'm currently working on studying for my loan signing agent exam. My question is if anyone knows anything about loan signing agent or currently working as a loan signing agent. I would love your input on, do you think its worth it? Is there something you wished you knew when your started like me?
