New Hampshire House Hacking

Hi all, I am new to New Hampshire (Originally from Downeast Maine) I have purchased a single-family home in 2012 utilizing a VA Loan and recently sold it. I am currently saving up for a down payment and want to house hack in New Hampshire. The region I am looking at is anyway South of the White Mountains and East of Mt. Kearsarge State Park.

Does anyone have any does and don'ts for New Hampshire?

My plan would be to buy and hold a 2, 3 or 4-plex then pay it off while owner occupying.

Thanks in advance for your time!

Matt

We have so.e opportunity zones designated in a few towns around here, so keep that in mind. Taxes can vary significantly from one town to another and readability is influenced to a certain extent by quality/perception of the school systems...... feel free to reach out if you like! :)
