You should look up Karl Spielvogel, he's in your area, would be a great connection! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜

Give me a call, Steve, I may have funding, deals or partners for you.......

Feel free to reach out, we should compare notes on lead gen, I'm in a similar position starting my journey on levraging the upfront work through others. I've done 75+ buy-sell deals since 2003. Done quite a few deals that were pre-foreclosures and bank auctions, so very familiar with those two arenas, happy to share what I've learned HOWEVER I have no familiarity with how those might work in your state(s)! We just launched a centralized auction site for NH because one didn't exist previously and it was a pain in the butt having to troll through 17+ foreclosure auctioneer calendars to see what was new, postponed or cancelled! 😝

Hi Ryan, you can pull up all the southern NH foreclosure auctions by county on BidPirate dot com, as a means of getting more stuff to wholesale down there, plus attending auctions gets you in front of a lot of investors seeking deals and with capital to deploy....... πŸ‘πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ

Hi Meghan, feel free to connect, I'm up in Plymouth., so tend to focus from Concord to Gorham. Make sure you connect with the NHREIA, great group, they have monthly meetings in Manchester and a busy FB group with 3500+ members. A new site for NH foreclosure auctions just launched called Bid Pirate, worth investigating. Here's to crushing it in 2025!  :)

Hi Alaina,

Go to the NHREIA meetings, their next one is this Weds in Manchester, awesome group. Extract as much as you can from Bigger Pockets/their podcast, that's great. Take successful investors out to breakfast. I've bought a ton of homes pre-foreclosure and at auction, happy to be a resource on that stuff, plus we just launched Bid Pirate, which is the one place online for NH, where you can see all the upcoming foreclosure auctions in one spot - you can learn a lot from the regulars at the auctions........ get after it, sister! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸš€πŸ˜πŸ’°πŸ˜

One thought if Scottsdale still owned the notes was, see if we can buy them at a discount and make a spread on re-selling them, but having seen that interview, you're probably correct that they had already sold them on anyways, keeping that spread themselves (which never got back to investors! 😳)......
