Multifamily Property Management Reporting Metrics

I'm self managing a small 18 unit multifamily asset and currently interviewing property management companies to take over. What are the metrics you like to track on a biweekly or monthly basis to ensure occupancy stays high and NOI doesn't take a dip?

Bi-weekly tracking rarely makes sense other than to micro-manage.

Monthly, you want to look at rent rolls and a P&L. If vacancies, you want to see a comprehensive report on marketing results: web traffic => inquires => showing scheduled => actual showings => applications.
