SE Phoenix Commercial Multifamily connections

Hey everyone,

My partners and I are interested in acquiring a few decent sized commercial MF buildings in the SE Valley. Probably between 8-40 units depending on the deal. We've been able to connect with a few people in the area, but most have been disappointing. Granted, I don't live in Phoenix yet, though we will be relocating there in the next 6 months and have already purchased property in the Gilbert area.

What I'd really like is to get a few really solid connections from which to build our network. Once we get on the ground we will be investing full time, although we're looking to be investing in the area sooner. For this, of course, I need the right people in place. Contractors, property managers, brokers, lenders, wholesalers, and a healthy dose of like minded investors that can hold me accountable and for which I can do the same.

If this is you, or you know the guy or gal, let me know! I'd love to connect!

I live in Gilbert and can provide good local input related to location of properties, etc. I use a property management company (On Q Property Management) for two of my local residential investment properties but they also do multifamily. Feel free to PM me if you’d like to discuss in more detail or if I can help you out further in your pursuit.
