Looking for a lawyer knowledgeable in multifamily syndications

Hello Bigger Pockets community,

I'm planning to invest as a limited partner in a multifamily syndication and would like a lawyer to revue the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM).  I would be grateful for any referrals.
