I'm planning to invest as a limited partner in a multifamily syndication and would like a lawyer to revue the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). I would be grateful for any referrals.

Hi Uri - I will review it for you. I practiced syndication law for 13 years and now work as a consultant on raising capital, so I wouldn't review it as a lawyer, but as an advisor. My contact info is in the footer.
