Hi BP!

It's been a while since I've posted anything, but we are back in the full swing and ready to move on a property in the next 90 days! We just moved to Maryland and landed two incredibly high paying jobs that will now complement our months of researching, networking, and strong desire to start our REI journey. We are on the hunt for commercial multi-family properties with the option of seller financing. Specifically, any property that is under 250K. Our market is anywhere the numbers make sense, we have no geographical boundary.

If you have any advice, know any properties that fit our criteria, or just any two cents to offer, we'd love to hear from you!

@Jeffrey Donis

Thank you for the information Jeffrey! We are aware we need to build a team, but I wasn’t sure what was all needed for a commercial deal. We’ve been looking heavily into small multi families and know about the “core 4,” but super helpful to hear what’s needed for commercial. We’ve found a few deals in different areas where the numbers look good, so now our focus is narrowing our market and choosing which one we want to move forward on.
