House Hacking in Florida 2021
Hello BiggerPockets community!
I hope anyone reading this is doing fantastic. Lately I have been searching non stop for income properties in Florida to invest in to rent out or maybe even house hack and the analyses that I have made to some properties with the BiggerPockets calculators have been interesting (Jasksonville, Tampa, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, and more). Has anyone recently made an investment that can tell me how it has been going? I'd be really intrigued to hear about that!
