How to evaluate a collection of cabins on 1 property ?

In my search for a Vacation Rental, I came across a off market collection of 7 cabins one one property. The current business model is they are run like a motel with a longer minimum stay. I'd like to operate more like a STR. They are only open 5 months out of the year and I think year round is a must.

I am new to STR and was originally going to figure it out with one then expand, but here it is and I really need to evaluate and do something about it.

Price is right at $1M
