Analysis of a Syndicate deal -
Is it ok to ask here for analysis of syndiciate deals? I am thinking of investing in a fund and have the proforma numbers, locations , history of the company etc.

I'd say ask the sponsor first if they're alright with details being posted on a public forum. There are private groups like @Jim Pfeifer's Left Field Investors that can provide help as well!
