3 abandoned quadplexes

Adrian Oden
Posted

I found 3 quadplexes in San Antonio, TX, on one lot, that have been abandoned for a few years now. After contacting the previous owner and agent I found out there was a falling out between partners. One quad is semi complete and the other two are just studs. Is there a potential opportunity here or would the upfront costs to acquire and complete the project out weigh the end profits ?

Hey @Adrian Oden it all depends on if the owners want to sell or can agree to sell. When there are problems or issues people get crazy about who is at fault, price, other issues that make no sense.

Talk with the owner first. If they are interested in selling, then get to the price. YOU need to figure out what it costs to finish the properties, market to sell them, and what kind of profit that you need for your time and effort.
