Post: 3 abandoned quadplexes

I found 3 quadplexes in San Antonio, TX, on one lot, that have been abandoned for a few years now. After contacting the previous owner and agent I found out there was a falling out between partners. One quad is semi complete and the other two are just studs. Is there a potential opportunity here or would the upfront costs to acquire and complete the project out weigh the end profits ?
