Construction Lender recs for a new Multifamily Development

I have some land near downtown Phoenix i'm looking to build duplexes on (permits are nearly done). I already have a GC in place but shopping around for suitable lenders that can fund construction.

Do you guys have any recommendations - direct lenders, not brokers.
