New Residential Construction Opportunity

Hello, it seems to me it is getting harder to find profitable fix and flips project in the Triad Area in NC. I did my first flip early this year and it went extremely well but now it's harder to find reasonable projects, so I am considering of going out to construct residential homes. Has anyone considered doing this? If you have or would like to connect feel free to reach out to me. By the way, I have a GC license and my background is construction.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey Juan,

I've seen a number of investors in the Triad building new construction towards Liberty where the new Toyota plant is being constructed. They are bringing over 3,000 jobs and there is currently not enough housing to support that influx of people. Happy to connect you with someone who has done it!
