Current Average Cost to Build New Construction

I’m exploring the feasibility of a new construction project in Tampa and am seeking your valuable insights on the current pricing trends. Specifically, I’m interested in understanding the average cost per square foot for a standard residential build in the area.

 Find someone who has done tract building for quote some time. We build in columbus OH under $120 per sq ft but everyone we use does new construction. we look up permits and gather subs and drive through subdivision and gather subs and find the best performing subcontractors for the cheapest builders. Best way to do it. Not sure where land ends up costing but infill lots in Columbus are less than 25k.
